He then used what seemed like magic to close the deal quickly. I truly don't believe that we would have gotten this house if it weren't for David, his commitment to us and our dreams, and his expert negotiation skills. On top of his professional expertise, he is just a genuinely kind person who is fun to be around. I hope we don't have to move anytime soon as we love our house, but if we do ever need to sell our home and buy another, we wouldn't hesitate to work with David again.
